Resep Pempek Dos (Pempek Dos Recipe)

Pempek Dos yakni salah satu penganan yang biasa dijadikan kudapan pada dikala santai. Cara membuatnya sangat mudah, meskipun pada awalnya aku juga mengalami kesulitan ( maklum bunda... gres beginner nih buat pempek Dos ).

Tetapi tetep ingin tau mau bikinnya, setiap kali coba praktek terus bikin pempek Dos yang gurih dan lembut ( karena awalnya bikin pempek nya selalu keras,, dan akibatnya selalu aku yang makan sendirian... " Gatot " deh alias Gagal total hehehehe )

Tapi berkat ketekunan pada dikala latihan... ciiiyeeee... akibatnya berhasil deh bikin pempek Dos yang menggugah selera, minimal diserbu dan selalu ditunggu kehadirannya...#edisi Lebaaayyy :D

Ini nih Pempek Dos buat temen kalem :D

Berikut materi & cara membuatnya

Bahan :

  1. 250 gram tepung terigu
  2. 150 gram tepung sagu
  3. 50 gram daging ikan giling
  4. 4 helai daun bawang
  5. 1 siung bawang putih
  6. Garam dan gula secukupnya
  7. Air hangat kuku secukupnya
  8. Minyak sayur untuk menggoreng

Cara membuatnya :

  • Iris 4 helai daun bawang dan cacah halus 1 siung bawang putih kemudian sisihkan
  • Campur 250 gram tepung terigu dengan garam dan gula secukupnya, tambahkan air hangat kuku secukupnya bertahap hingga campuran menjadi bubur kental tetapi jangan terlalu cair
  • Tambahkan irisan daun bawang dan cacahan bawang putih kemudian 50 gram daging ikan giling, aduk rata
  • Tambahkan 150 gram tepung sagu bertahap hingga adonannya agak padat
  • Panaskan minyak sayur dalam wajan, siapkan sedikit tepung sagu di atas piring
  • Setelah minyak panas ambil 1 sdm campuran Pempek kemudian baurkan ke dalam tepung sagu yang berada di piring, dikepal-kepal sedikit dengan tangan kemudian goreng
  • Balik apabila satu sisi bab pempek sudah kuning, dan angkat apabila seluruh bab pempek sudah kuning keemasan

Pempek Dos dapat dibikin tanpa memakai ikan, artinya pempek hanya memakai materi dasar tepung terigu dan tepung sagu. Dan jikalau berdasarkan aku langsung pempeknya dapat lembut alasannya yakni penggunaan tepung terigu, jangan terlalu menekan pempek ketika pempek dikepal dengan tangan cukup ditekan sedikit agar campuran pempek tidak memadat. Pempek Dos Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • 150 grams of sago flour
  • 50 grams of minced fish meat
  • 4 pieces of leeks
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • Lukewarm water to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

How to make it :

  1. Slice 4 pieces of onion and finely chopped 1 clove of garlic and set aside
  2. Mix 250 grams of wheat flour with salt and sugar to taste, add lukewarm water little by little until the dough into a thick porridge but not too liquid
  3. Add chopped leeks, garlic and 50 grams of minced fish meat, stir
  4. Add 150 grams sago flour little by little until the dough is rather dense
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, prepare a little bit of sago flour on a plate
  6. After oil is hot, take 1 tablespoon of dough Pempek then blend into the sago flour that on the plate, clenched slightly by hand and fry
  7. Flip when one side of the Pempek already yellow, and lift when the entire section of Pempek has a golden yellow

Pempek Dos can be made without using minced fish meat, meaning pempek just use the basic ingredients of flour and sago flour.

And if you ask me personally Pempek could be soft with use wheat flour, and also not too pressing Pempek when Pempek clenched by hands just pressed quite a bit so that the dough of Pempek does not compact. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom: D
