Resep Tumis Kembang Kol ( Sauteed Cauliflower Recipe )

Hari ini mau masak yang mudah-mudah saja ( lagi kena sindrom malas masak nih hehhehe ),,, Eh.. di kulkas ada stok kembang kol ( kebetulan suami suka sekali dengan sayuran yang satu ini ).

Resep berikut tentunya gak jauh-jauh menurut materi sayuran tadi, sederhana saja ibu yang penting sehat dan bergizi & pokoke uuenaak tenan :D

Ini dia Tumis Kembang Kol yang Yummy :D

Berikut materi & cara membuatnya :

Bahan :

  1. 500 gram kembang kol
  2. 3 buah tomat
  3. 1 buah bawang bombai
  4. 3 siung bawang putih
  5. 2 helai daun bawang
  6. Garam dan gula secukupnya
  7. 3 sdm kecap manis
  8. Lada debu secukupnya
  9. Minyak untuk menumis

Cara membuatnya :

  • Bersihkan dan basuh 500 gram kembang kol kemudian potong-potong sesuai selera
  • 3 siung bawang putih dirajang halus, iris tipis 3 buah tomat, 1 buah bawang bombai dan 2 helai daun bawang, sisihkan terlebih dahulu
  • Panaskan 4 sdm minyak goreng di dalam wajan, tumis rajangan bawang putih sampai harum kemudian masukkan irisan bawang bombai serta daun bawang, aduk rata
  • Setelah layu masukkan kembang kol yang sudah dibersihkan, aduk sampai kembang kol sedikit layu
  • Tambahkan irisan tomat kemudian aduk sebentar
  • Tambahkan garam, gula, 3 sdm kecap cantik dan lada debu kemudian aduk rata kembali
  • Anda sanggup merasakan terlebih dahulu apabila perlu dan tambahkan bumbu yang dirasakan kurang sesuai selera, sehabis semua materi tercampur dan layu. Angkat tumisan kembang kol kemudian sajikan

Kembang Kol merupakan galat satu sayuran yg mempunyai mempunyai ciri fisik menyerupai dengan brokoli. Bedanya, Kembang Kol mempunyai kepala bunga yang lebih poly.

Sayuran yg tumbuh pada tempat sejuk ini mempunyai kandungan gizi yang tinggi dan bermanfaat bagi badan menyerupai vitamin C, vitamin A, kalsium, fosfor, sodium & masih poly lagi.

Kembang Kol lazim dikonsumsi dengan cara dimasak terlebih dahulu baik itu dengan cara direbus atau ditumis, meskipun begitu sanggup pula dimakan mentah sebagai lalap. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D

Sauteed Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 500 grams of cauliflower
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 pieces of leeks
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • Oil for sauteing

How to make it :

  1. Clean and wash 500 grams of cauliflower and cut into pieces according to taste
  2. Finely chopped 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced 3 tomatoes, 1 onion and 2 pieces of leeks, then set aside
  3. Heat 4 tablespoons of cooking oil in a skillet, saute chopped garlic until fragrant and enter the sliced onions and leeks and stir
  4. After wilt enter cauliflower that has been cleaned, stirring until slightly wilted cauliflower
  5. Add sliced tomatoes and stir briefly
  6. Add salt, sugar, 3 tablespoons soy sauce and pepper powder then stir again
  7. If necessary, you can taste it first and add seasoning to taste perceived lack, having all the ingredients mixed and withered. Lift the cauliflower stir and serve
