Resep Ayam Kecap Bumbu Kacang ( Soy Sauce Chicken With Peanut Recipe )

Masakan berikut termasuk salah satu makanan favorit suami di rumah, nggak dapat bosan dengan sajian yang satu ini. Awalnya sempat terpikir memasak sajian yang satu ini cukup sulit, sebab sebelum menikah belum pernah masak sajian ini :D ( hehehe jadi aib sendiri nih... )

Nah, sudah menikah dan ternyata sajian favorit suami yang ini... ya mau nggak mau harus berguru cara memasaknya. Sekarang sudah terbiasa, dan masak sajian yang menyerupai ini mah simpel ( hehehe sombong nih bund... :D ). Berikut saya sharing resepnya ya bunda...

Bahan - materi :

  • 1 kg ayam
  • 200 gram kacang tanah
  • 10 sdm kecap manis
  • 1 sdm gula merah
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 5 siung bawang merah
  • 5 buah cabe merah
  • 7 buah cabe rawit
  • 2 buah kemiri
  • 1 sdt ketumbar
  • 1 sdt merica
  • Minyak sayur secukupnya
  • Perasan air jeruk nipis secukupnya
  • Garam dan gula secukupnya
  • Air secukupnya

Cara Membuatnya :

  1. Cuci higienis 1 kg ayam utuh kemudian potong menjadi 12 atau 14 serpihan sesuai selera, lumuri garam dan air jeruk nipis kemudian diamkan kira-kira 30 menit
  2. Iris berangasan 7 buah cabe rawit
  3. Iris tebal 3 siung bawang putih dan 5 siung bawang merah
  4. Sangrai 200 gram kacang tanah sampai matang dan berwarna kecoklatan, angkat kemudian dinginkan
  5. Sangrai terpisah irisan bawang putih, bawang merah, 2 buah kemiri dan 1 sdt ketumbar sampai harum dan bawang berwarna kecoklatan
  6. Giling halus irisan bawang yang sudah disangrai, 2 buah kemiri, 1 sdt ketumbar, 1 sdt merica, 5 buah cabe merah bersama garam secukupnya
  7. Giling halus 200 gram kacang tanah, sisihkan
  8. Siapkan minyak sayur di dalam wajan untuk menggoreng ayam, sehabis panas goreng ayam sampai matang dan kecoklatan
  9. Panaskan kira-kira 7 sdm minyak sayur di dalam wajan, kemudian tumis bumbu halus sampai harum
  10. Tambahkan 10 sdm kecap manis, 1 sdm gula merah, irisan cabe rawit, kacang tanah, air secukupnya kemudian aduk-aduk sampai bumbu merata
  11. Masukkan ayam goreng, aduk kembali dan biarkan beberapa ketika sampai bumbu meresap
  12. Angkat dan sajikan

Resep berikut tidak terlalu berkuah ya ibu... Tetapi apabila ibu suka boleh ditambahkan air sesuai selera pada saat menumis bumbunya. Dan apabila tidak suka pedas, penggunaan cabainya boleh dikurangi.

Menggoreng ayam pun jangan takut terciprat minyaknya ya bunda... soalnya saya punya tips menggoreng ayam atau ikan biar tidak meletup dari hasil saya searching di internet, nanti saya sharing di artikel yang lain. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D

Soy Sauce Chicken With Peanut Recipe

The following dishes including one of my husband favorite foods at home, can not get bored with the sajian this one. Here I am sharing the recipe...

Ingredients :

  • 1 kg chicken
  • 200 grams of peanuts
  • 10 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 5 cloves of onions
  • 5 red chilies
  • 7 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 2 pieces of hazelnut
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Vegetable oil to taste
  • Lime juice to taste
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • Enough water

How To Make :

  1. Wash 1 kg whole chicken and cut into 12 or 14 sections according to taste, cover salt and lemon juice and let stand about 30 minutes
  2. Sliced 7 pieces of cayenne pepper
  3. Thick slices 3 cloves of garlic and 5 cloves of onions
  4. Roasted 200 grams of peanuts until cooked and lightly browned, remove from heat and let cool
  5. Separate roasted garlic slices, onion, 2 pieces of hazelnut and 1 tsp coriander until fragrant and lightly browned
  6. Finely minced onion slices that have been roasted, 2 pieces of hazelnut, 1 tsp coriander, 1 teaspoon pepper, 5 red chilies together salt to taste
  7. Finely minced 200 grams of peanuts, set aside
  8. Prepare the vegetable oil in a skillet for frying chicken, fried chicken after heat until cooked and browned
  9. Heat approximately 7 tablespoons vegetable oil in a wok and stir-fry spices until fragrant
  10. Add 10 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, sliced chili, peanuts, some water and stir until the spices evenly
  11. Enter the fried chicken, stir again and allow some time until the spices to infuse
  12. Remove and serve

The following recipe is not too soupy ... But if you like to be added to water to taste when frying marinade. And if you do not like spicy, chili its use should be reduced.
