Resep Camilan Anggun Nagasari ( Nagasari Cake Recipe )
Berikut salah satu kuliner ringan elok jajanan tradisional yg lembut & gurih. Enak di makan dikala masih hangat atau pun sudah dingin. Bahannya sederhana dan cara memasaknya pun mudah, pada jamin mak dapat mempraktekkannya pada rumah :D
Saya nir begitu memahami dari loka mana makanan ringan cantik ini berasal tetapi yg terperinci kuenya enak & maunya nambah lagi... Nambah lagi... :D

Bahan - materi :
- 500 gram tepung beras
- 150 gram gula pasir
- 15 buah pisang, dipotong-potong
- 7 gelas santan
- 1 gelas susu cair
- 1 sdt garam
- Daun pisang untuk membungkus
Cara Membuat :
- Campur 500 gram tepung beras bersama 150 gram gula pasir dengan 7 gelas santan dan 1 gelas susu cair
- Tambahkan 1 sdt garam kemudian masak sampai mengental dan sedikit padat, angkat
- Potong daun pisang mirip lembaran untuk membungkus
- Letakkan 1 sdm bubur tepung beras yang sudah dimasak di atas selembar daun pisang
- Beri isian pecahan pisang kemudian tutup kembali dengan sedikit bubur dan lipat daun pisang sampai menutupi campuran bubur tadi, sisihkan
- Panaskan kukusan sampai airnya mendidih, masukkan bungkusan makanan ringan elok nagasari
- Kukus selama 15 menit sampai matang, angkat dan hidangkan
Membungkus makanan ringan elok memakai daun pisang memang gampang-gampang susah ya bunda... alasannya tekstur daun pisang yang kaku dikala di lipat sering pecah dan menciptakan campuran keluar dari bungkusnya. Fried banana cheese stuffing recipe
Ingredients :
- 500 grams of rice flour
- 150 grams of sugar
- 15 bananas, cut into pieces
- 7 cups of coconut milk
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- Banana leaves to wrap
How To Make :
- Mix 500 grams of rice flour along with 150 grams of sugar with 7 cups of coconut milk and 1 cup milk
- Add 1 teaspoon salt and cook until thickened and slightly dense, lift
