Resep Tumis Tahu Kuning Daun So atau lebih dikenal dengan daun melinjo, adalah resep masakan sederhana yg cocok buat hidangan sehari-hari, Ditengah harga bahan makanan yg serba mahal, tentunya kita dituntut buat lebih kreatif dalam memasak bahan makanan yang dipercaya murah tapi nir meninggalkan nilai kandungan gizinya. Selain enak memahami mempunyai kandungan protein yg cukup akbar.

Resep Memasak Tumis Tahu Kuning Daun So

RESEP TUMIS TAHU KUNING DAUN SO Bahan Tumis Tahu Kuning Daun So:

  • 10 buah tahu bandung kuning, dipotong 6 bagian goreng 1/2 matang
  • 50 gram daun melinjo muda, cuci, dipotong-potong
  • 100 gr toge, siangi, cuci
Bumbu :

  • 4 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
  • 3 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
  • 2 buah cabai merah besar, buang bijinya, iris serong
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • 2 cm lengkuas, dimemarkan
  • 1 buah tomat merah, dipotong 4 bagian
  • Garam, merica bubuk dan gula pasir secukupnya sesuai selera
  • 1 sdm saus tiram
  • 2 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis
  • 100 ml air
Cara Memasak Tumis Tahu Kuning Daun So:

  • Panaskan minyak,  tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe merah,  daun salam, dan lengkuas sampai harum. Masukkan tomat. Aduk rata.
  • Masukkan tahu kuning,  daun melinjo, toge dan air. Aduk sampai setengah layu. Tambahkan saus tiram, garam dan gula pasir secukupnya, Aduk rata. Angkat.
  • Sajikan selagi hangat.
