Resep Biar Dodol Sederhana

Saya pernah makan supaya-agar ini bunda sewaktu berkunjung ke rumah teman aku ,,, teksturnya elastis, gurih dan manisnya gurih.

Setelah ditanya ternyata resepnya Agar-agar dodol namanya, langsung kepincut deh dengan cita rasanya.

Kepingin bikin, tapi resep yang di kasih oleh teman aku itu tidak mengecewakan berat di kantong :D, soalnya bila resep biar dodol yang aslinya bahan-bahannya cukup banyak ( kebetulan teman aku itu bikinnya biar dodol yang kualitas super,,, hehehe :D )

Saya kepinginnya agar-agar dodol yang gampang dibikin terutama untuk pemula menyerupai aku bunda :), dan tentunya tidak mengecewakan hemat di kantong untuk ukuran ibu-ibu rumah tangga ( Gak heran deh bila resepnya pake judul sederhana nya :D )

Jadinya saya sibuk lagi cari-cari resep yang chefnya berpikiran sama menyerupai aku :)

Akhirnya ketemu,,, senengnya udah bayangin makan biar dodol yg enak, sehat & irit.

Dan berikut resepnya ibu :

Bahan :

  • 3 bungkus agar-agar ( aku pakai Agarasa Coklat )
  • 100 gram coklat debu ( saya pakai 1 bungkus kecil coklat debu yang biasa, ada juga yang pakai coklat debu VanHouten bunda, rasanya tentu lebih mantap :))
  • 1 buah kelapa parut ( diperas dan diambil santan kentalnya kira-kira 9 gelas, aku jadikan 10 gelas untuk memasak agar-agarnya )
  • 500 gram gula pasir
  • 1 butir telur
  • sedikit garam halus

Cara Membuatnya :

  1. Siapkan 10 gelas santan kental dari 1 buah kelapa parut. Campur 3 bungkus agar-agar, 100 gram coklat debu diaduk rata dengan sedikit santan kental. Setelah rata masukkan adonan agar-agar tersebut ke dalam santan kental kemudian masak dengan api sedang.
  2. Masukkan 500 gram gula pasir sambil terus diaduk, ambil 1 butir telur kocok terpisah di dalam mangkuk kecil.
  3. Ambil santan sedikit, tuang ke dalam kocokan telur kemudian aduk hingga tercampur rata dan telur tidak terlihat menggumpal.
  4. Setelah rata masukkan kembali kocokan telur tersebut ke dalam agar-agar santan, tambahkan garam halus sambil terus diaduk hingga mengental kemudian angkat.
  5. Aduk terus hingga agar-agar mulai dingin, sehabis masbodoh tuang ke dalam cetakan yang sudah disiapkan.
  6. Masukkan ke dalam kulkas, potong-potong dan siap disantap.

Agar dodol yang satu ini mungkin masih kalah jauh menggunakan yang kualitas supernya, namun lumayanlah bunda buat makanan ringan famili pas lagi ngumpul bareng.

Simple Chocolate Gelatin Recipe

This chocolate gelatin ready to serve :D

Here's the chocolate gelatin recipe that i make at home, everyone likes it. So, you can try to make it too.

Ingredients :

  • 3 packs of gelatin or jelly
  • 100 grams of cocoa powder
  • 10 cups thick coconut milk
  • 500 grams of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of salt

How To Make :

  1. Prepare 10 cups thick coconut milk
  2. Mix 3 packs of gelatin, 100 grams of cocoa powder mixed well with a bit of coconut milk.
  3. After wrapping enter the gelatin mixture into the thick coconut milk and cook over medium heat.
  4. Enter 500 grams of sugar, stirring constantly, take 1 egg beaten eggs separately in a small bowl.
  5. Take a little coconut milk, pour into the egg mixture and stir until well blended and the eggs are not visible clot.
  6. After wrapping enter the egg mixture into the gelatin coconut milk, add salt and stirring constantly until thickened and lift.
  7. Stir constantly until gelatin begins to cool, after a cold pour into the prepared mold.
  8. Put it in the refrigerator, cut into pieces and ready to eat.

This jelly recipe is suitable edible when the weather is hot, remove it from the refrigerator after can directly presented. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D
