Resep dan cara menciptakan SAYUR BOBOR buat Sahur

BAHAN BAHAN :

  • 2 ikat bayam, siangi dan basuh bersih
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • 3 cm lengkuas, geprek
  • 900 ml santan dari 120 gram kelapa parut
  • 1 sdt gula pasir
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk atau sesuai selera
  • minyak untuk menumis
BUMBU HALUS :

  • 1 sdt ketumbar
  • 1/2 sdt merica butir
  • 2 cm kencur
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 4 butir bawang merah
  • 3 butir kemiri
CARA MEMBUAT :

  1. Panaskan sedikit minyak dalam wajan, tumis bumbu halus, lengkuas dan daun salam sampai harum. Tuang santan serta masak sambil diaduk-aduk sampai mendidih.
  2. Taburi garam, gula pasir dan kaldu bubuk, aduk rata kemudian terakhir masukkan bayam. Masak sebentar sambil sesekali diaduk sampai bayam cukup layu atau matang.
