Resep Kuliner Idam Khas Arab

Foodies, resep kuliner khas Arab selanjutnya yang bakal kita ulik ialah idam khas Arab, kuliner daging berkuah ini rasanya pedes nendang, selain daging sapi/kambing, idam khas Arab ini juga menggunakan kentang & wortel sebagai campurannya. Ok foodies, ni resepnya :

Bahan-bahan :

1. 1/4 kilo daging sapi potong sesuai selera

2. 1 buah wortel, iris sesuai selera

3. 1 buah kentang, potong-potong

4. sepotong kayu cantik (optional)

Bumbu-bumbu :

1. 1 siung bawang bombay, iris kecil

2. 3 siung bawang putih, cincang halus

3. 1 buah tomat, iris kecil

Bumbu yang dihaluskan :

1. bumbu campur (musyakel) kalo gak ada gak masalah

2. 5 buah cabai rawit/sesuai selera

3. 5 buah cabai merah/sesuai selera

4. 1/2 sendok teh kemun/jinten halus

5. 1/2 sendok teh fil-fil aswad/merica hitam halus

6. 1 sendok makan salsa tomatem/tomat pasta

7. garam secukupnya

8. penyedap rasa secukupnya

9. minyak untuk menumis

Cara menciptakan :

1. basuh higienis daging sapi yang sudah dipotong-potong

2. siapkan panci masukan minyak, bawang bombai, bawang putih & kayu cantik tunggu sampi agak harum

3. masukan daging tadi aduk-aduk sebentar kemudian masukan bumbu halus biarkan sebentar sambil diaduk-aduk semoga gak gosong, jangan lupa masukan pula garam & penyedap rasa

4. masukan irisan tomat & tomat pasta aduk-aduk kemudian masukan sedikit air

5. biarkan hingga daging mateng sambil diaduk-aduk, jikalau kurang air dapat ditambah

6. sehabis daging matang, masukan wortel & kentang

7. santap bersama nasi putih atau khubuj (roti Arab)
